House Parents
House parents work 8 hour shifts - 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am. Overnights receive a $1 an hour differential in pay. For detailed job descriptions, please contact us for more information.
Our Staff
Our current staff comprises of an Executive Director, Program Manager, a Staff Manager who also oversees the OPI School Food Lunch program, multiple House Parents, a tutor and a maintenance person. Our three longest employed staff have worked for GFCRH for a combined total of 70 years! We have extremely dedicated and hard-working people, and are looking for more people looking to make a difference in children’s lives to join our team!
